چکیده
Herein, we report the function of copper sites in Cu-SSZ-13, Cu-ZSM-5 and Cu-Beta catalysts with same Si/Al ratio (14) Cu/Al (0.4) on selective catalytic reduction NO NH3 (NH3-SCR) reveal relationship between active (Cu sites, acid sites) activity. The results show that amount isolated Cu2+ ions directly determines formation strong Lewis reaction intermediate NO3− ions, thus affecting low-temperature SCR performance, while highly stable Cu+ Brønsted is related to high-temperature performance catalysts. Consequently, it contains enough which endows Cu-SSZ-13 excellent NH3-SCR

متن کاملMesoporous Fe-containing ZSM-5 zeolite single crystal catalysts for selective catalytic reduction of nitric oxide by ammonia
Mesoporous and conventional Fe-containing ZSM-5 catalysts (0.5–8 wt% Fe) were prepared using a simple impregnation method and tested in NO selective catalytic reduction (SCR) with NH3. It was found that mesoporous Fe-ZSM-5 catalysts exhibit higher SCR activities than comparable conventional catalysts. Furthermore, conventional Fe-ZSM-5 catalysts have maximum activity at ~ 2.5 wt% Fe while for t...
متن کاملThe selective catalytic reduction of NO over Ce0.3TiOx-supported metal oxide catalysts.
A Ce0.3TiOx oxide carrier was synthesized via a sol-gel process, and Ce0.3TiOx supported metal (M=Cd, Mn, Fe, W, Mo) oxide catalysts were prepared by the method of incipient-wetness impregnation. The catalysts were characterized by means of X-ray diffraction (XRD), Brunauer-Emmett-Teller (BET) analysis, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), Fourier transfor...
متن کاملMercury oxidation over selective catalytic reduction ( SCR ) catalysts
The vanadium-based SCR catalyst used for NOx-control promotes the oxidation of elemental mercury Hg to Hg in flue gases from coal-fired power plants. Hg is water soluble and can effectively be captured in a wet scrubber. This means that the combination of an SCR with a wet FGD can offer an effective control option for mercury. Laboratory experiments have been carried out to elucidate and quanti...
متن کاملPromotional Effect of Ce on Iron-Based Catalysts for Selective Catalytic Reduction of NO with NH3
A series of Fe–Ce–Ti catalysts were prepared via co-precipitation method to investigate the effect of doping Ce into Fe–Ti catalysts for selective catalytic reduction of NO with NH3. The NO conversion over Fe–Ce–Ti catalysts was considerably improved after Ce doping compared to that of Fe–Ti catalysts. The Fe(0.2)–Ce(0.4)–Ti catalysts exhibited superior catalytic activity to that of Fe(0.2)–Ti ...
